Back from the yearly fitness “check up”. Every muscle in my body are in pain. In a good way…after some fitness test and some nice fitness boxing etc.

Some results. The place where we do this “vierumäki”.  Have all our records from the earlier years in their database so when we go there we always get some reference data. I have done this now three times. This is my third year working in this firm and we do this with our team. It’s actually our years Kick off.

Anyway the results. Well there actually wasn’t any HUGE thing. I started m

y gym training one month ago so I havent’ had time to get any superior results yet.

I will now go trough couple test results from 2008 to 2010. First the 2008 when this test happened for the first time.

Weight: 87 > 84
BMI(bodymassindex): 26 > 24,8
fat procent: 23,4 > 20
weist: 97 > 90

Fitness index: 32 > 37
oxygen intake(L/min: 2,8 > 3,1

Those are the most important…well for me at last. To get some that extra fat off. Well of cource to get some more powers also! For the battles we need to do in the after life!

NP: Forgotten Woods – With Swans I’ll Share My Thirst

One day I had this idea that does my facebook “likers” really go and check out my new picture when I post it into facebook. I have amazing 76 likers and 46 of them are my friends.

Well most simpliest way to see that if anyone actually goes and checks out my new image is to see the facts from my google analytics page. Simply just see the post date and see the timeline of hits in GA. What is the result?

Well it actually seems that my “likers” are not interested in my images. At least not in the same day and if you count the visitors around one day before and after it still don’t really match up.  From this we could have many conclusions. People don’t care about my images and they clicked “Like” just for the fun/pity/they felt oblicated to do so etc.

No, this doens’t matter very much. But I for a moment tought that some people were somehow actually interested in my images. That was the facebook spycosis!  So now…well under 20 people checks the link out after I post it to FB, better than zero.

Now I will get on with my life.

Master of the iron! Yep the hard half years of painful training has started! Gym>swimming and badminton. The endlessss loop. It’s like the  circle of ouroborous made out of sweat,pain,tears and feeeeling great!

Now let’s end the boring crap about my life. Stalker series is not fully uoploaded…I lied. I actually forgot to upload the REAL number 4 picture. Well it wasn’t so importat that it would had mattered in anyway. I will upload one image that will have all of those in a row so it will be better to follow trough. Or maybe a small flash presentation with nice fades?

Also added something different. Some promotional shot of Evemaster that we tooked in winter 2009. Also Evemaster album is now ready and can be ordered. You can order it from HERE. Im not 10% prosent sadisfiend about the front image but well…it was the original idea…Maybe my excecution failed or something.  Or after printing it wil loog good. Altough i’m really satisfied with the booklet. It looks great! :) I will upload stuff about this when I get my copy.

Today…well yep, day has chanced since I started to write this post. Actually it has been several days. So, today I recieved new camera and some nice goodies. Now I’m in the world of Canon 5D Mark II. I also got 24-70mm 2.8 L USM canon lense. Also new flash Speedsomething 430EX II? Don’t remember if it goes like that. And also I can’t live without batterygrip so that also. I did some fast tests today and well…I was more than pleased with everything.

Some nature photoshoot will be done this week. So I will upload some forest goodies to my gallery later this week.

Actualy I came up with small angelic vision because of that damn bird. I would need two persons for this photoshoot. One female and male. Male should be bold and scary. Female should have a rather good looking appearance both face and body. Stage of this undivine play would be the dark forest. “angel” would be lying on stomach and beast would be ripping the back open and eating her flesh. Of cource like in the seagul pics loads of feathers around. Wings I would propably add after wards. Anyway…just a vision. :)
