NP: Watain – Lawless Darkness

Back from the yearly fitness “check up”. Every muscle in my body are in pain. In a good way…after some fitness test and some nice fitness boxing etc.

Some results. The place where we do this “vierumäki”.  Have all our records from the earlier years in their database so when we go there we always get some reference data. I have done this now three times. This is my third year working in this firm and we do this with our team. It’s actually our years Kick off.

Anyway the results. Well there actually wasn’t any HUGE thing. I started m

y gym training one month ago so I havent’ had time to get any superior results yet.

I will now go trough couple test results from 2008 to 2010. First the 2008 when this test happened for the first time.

Weight: 87 > 84
BMI(bodymassindex): 26 > 24,8
fat procent: 23,4 > 20
weist: 97 > 90

Fitness index: 32 > 37
oxygen intake(L/min: 2,8 > 3,1

Those are the most important…well for me at last. To get some that extra fat off. Well of cource to get some more powers also! For the battles we need to do in the after life!

NP: Forgotten Woods – With Swans I’ll Share My Thirst

One day I had this idea that does my facebook “likers” really go and check out my new picture when I post it into facebook. I have amazing 76 likers and 46 of them are my friends.

Well most simpliest way to see that if anyone actually goes and checks out my new image is to see the facts from my google analytics page. Simply just see the post date and see the timeline of hits in GA. What is the result?

Well it actually seems that my “likers” are not interested in my images. At least not in the same day and if you count the visitors around one day before and after it still don’t really match up.  From this we could have many conclusions. People don’t care about my images and they clicked “Like” just for the fun/pity/they felt oblicated to do so etc.

No, this doens’t matter very much. But I for a moment tought that some people were somehow actually interested in my images. That was the facebook spycosis!  So now…well under 20 people checks the link out after I post it to FB, better than zero.

Now I will get on with my life.
